Over the past 7+ years leading long-term strategy & design at YouTube, I've partned with teams across YouTube to develop tangible and durable product visions. I help teams make confident decisions through facilitating foundational research with users, exploring concepts at a range of fidelities, building tangible prototypes, & creating immersive narratives.
Since I'm often working with newly established product teams, after creating the 2-3 year vision I also lead the design and implementation of a foundational set of features to help teams build momentum.
